Welcome Gerard “Jerry” Neville as a new Board Member to the FPSA

Jerry is the Chief Executive Officer, First Coast Security Solutions. Jerry brings over 40 years of elite executive leadership to his role as CEO of First Coast Security Solutions, drawing on a distinguished career spanning federal security, law enforcement, and large-scale operations management. A visionary in the physical security sector, Jerry specializes in scaling complex workforce operations by bridging the gap between human expertise and digital innovation. Under his leadership, organizations achieve heightened resilience through a sophisticated blend of rigorous risk management and an unwavering commitment to public safety.

Prior to leading First Coast, Jerry served as the CEO of Taurus Blue and as the President of North American Operations for Constellis. His tenure at Constellis was marked by extraordinary growth; over a 10-year period (2014–2024), he transformed domestic operations from a new market entry into a $1 billion enterprise. This massive expansion involved managing a workforce of 11,000 employees and overseeing more than 100 federal and Commercial programs nationwide.

Jerry’s foundation in security began with a 20-year career in the New York Police Department (1982–2002), where he rose to the rank of Task Force Federal Enforcement Supervisor with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Following his storied service in New York, he served as the Chief of Police for the Aquia Harbour Police Department before transitioning into the private sector. Since making that move, he has become a recognized expert in strategic growth, federal security operations, financial stewardship, and complex contract negotiations within the federal government sector.

A graduate of 181st session of the FBI National Academy with a Advanced degree in Criminal Justice, Jerry’s contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious awards from the Secretary of State, the Administrator of the DEA, the Director of the FBI, and the leadership of the NYPD.
