Welcome Anthony "Tony" Holladay to the FPSA Board!

Anthony "Tony" Holladay brings 30 years of law enforcement and executive experience to the table. He spent 6 years in the United States Air Force as a law enforcement specialist and is a Gulf War Veteran. He retired after nearly 25 years with the United States Border Patrol, where he worked in a multitude of different positions and locations. He has worked extensively with federal, state, local, tribal, and foreign law enforcement partners, as well as local community stakeholders on projects that span the breadth of the Pacific Northwest environments. He excels at building enduring relationships.

Tony is a Department of Homeland Security subject matter expert, with an emphasis on

strategic planning, policy and analysis. He is a FEMA certified Master Exercise

Practitioner. Additionally, he served as a senior management representative, negotiating

with union leadership to finalize the first collective bargaining agreement for the United

States Border Patrol in over 25 years. After his retirement, Tony has spent the last 5 years working in private industry in operations, logistics and program management.

Tony is passionate about honoring fallen first responders. He helped to organize the first Honor Always Memorial in the Blaine Sector, remembering the fallen and their families sacrifice.

He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fly fishing, hunting and camping. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership with a Criminal Justice concentration from the University of Charleston, West Virginia.
